Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i have had permission to use my boyfriends debit card for 4 years. now that i have broken up with him he is pressing charges on me for the last 8 atm transactions. can he do this even though i have been using it for 4 years

He could sue you civilly. Criminal is done by a prosecutor. It MIGHT be considered theft because your permission to use the card may have been revoked upon the breakup. However, there are a lot of factors and only getting an attorney to help get the charges dismissed will help.
