Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can a person be charged with an act if fraud or forgery for signing another person's name to a Community Service Hours Log? Even though the person had permission from the person of whom name they signed? In the State of Florida.

If you got permission and the place knew you were signing for them, then there was nothing fraudulent.
