when on a phone call i called someone a fucking bitch, thei said they were going to call the police. Can i be in trouble? i live in Fl

Maybe with your mom, but unless you were "harassing" the othe person or were so close as to put the other person in imminent fear, then you shouldn't be. That said, I'd advise against it.
