what do you do if the police have repeatly made a mistake on a case. this includes thei nformation on the report and did the procedure wrongg, what can you do

It depends on the case and the type of mistake. You'll have to be more specific. If the case is in criminal court, evidence may be thrown out. If the mistake consistently violates human rights, the police could be sued. A lot of the time, there is nothing that can be done.
