Do I have the posibility to re open a case after the judge said that I was convicted.My attorney did not defended me good,that happened in 2010

There is a possibility but it is slim. You might have a chance to file a 3.850 motion but that is time limited usually to two years and that has expired. HOWEVER, there are exceptions to exceptions so it is best to talk to an attorney in your area that handles these.
