Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Looking for precedence in Battery Dating or Domestic Battery were one party has lied to officer about being hit or harmed, and had the other party arrested. The reason is that i have been falsely accused of "Battery Dating (touch or strike)" by an ex-lover after breaking up with her and am looking for past cases dealing with this type of case to show the outcomes to help my situation. She lied to officers saying that i hit her and then i was arrested, sent to jail, released ROR, and pending court date now.
