Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Prescription Pill Charge

Brother has been charged w/ 6 counts. 1 is trafficking in Oxycotin. He had 270 pills legally prescribed for him in pockets. They are accusing him of doctor shopping and found him guilty on all 6 counts. Sentencing July 10th. They have no evidence or prescriptions or even a file from this supposed other doctor who also died in Feb. Pills found where his from his pain mang. doctor. How can we fight this? How can we reduce sentence? How the heck did they find him guilty? 3 different questions. Confidential informative was used and recorded conversation. Nothing about drugs or ''special'' lingo used. No drug trade was made, took him down before his car was even in park.

I'm telling you the have no evidence just speculations and intent. Any sugguestions? Location is palm beach county, fl
