Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was on probation for grand larceny then
I was caught with 2 grams of
marijuana and a socket while on
probation. Now i am facing a grand
larceny charge of $475 and possesion
and paraphenelia of marijuana.
What kind of time am i facing? My
parents also desire to move back to
new york and i have a flight on
august 24th and an august 15th
court date. Is there anyway i can be
on house arrest in new york or have
my case transfered to new york
state. I am 17 years old and turning
18 on the 26th of august. I live in
winter garden florida.
