i purchased a motorhome from a dealer who changed the tax return i gave her to get the deal done with wachovia bank now it has been repoded as i can not afford the payments...is this not fraud by her changing docs..wehich i did not sign help dont kmow where to turn

This would be a very serious federal crime known as bank fraud. But what exactly is your question? Are you trying to avoid a deficiency judgment for the money still owed? Are you trying to get the motor home back? Are you worried about being arrested?
