Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My question is: My son is currently on Supervised Probation and He accidently left his monitoring box in his car when he went inside the building to go to work and his probation officier sent two officiers to his job to see if he was at his job and he was in fact there and they saw that he left his Monitoring box inside of his car accidently and they still choose to write up a violation of probation for him even though he was where he was suppose to be my question is will the Judge grant the violation of probation even if he has proof that

he was at work at the time during the entire shift and his supervisor wrote a letter of evidence that he was there at his job the entire shift. My son is working so hard to abide by all the rules of this probation and they are making it very difficult for him even after knowing the facts of his case.

Your son needs to get himself an attorney. It sounds like it was not a "wilful" violation. In order for him to be convicted of a VOP, then it must be wilful, but he needs an attorney to explain the details of that. Contact one in your area to assist him.
