rape case

if a 14 yr old went to a room with a 27 yr old and had sex then lied the next day saying he raped her him not knowing her real age got her a room b/c she said she had nowhere to go they had sex and he left she stayed there all night by herself he came back the next day told her she had to go so that he would nt get charged for another night then she cried rape

Your question? He is guilty of lewd assault at a minimum. Consent and ignorance of her age is not a defense. He needs a lawyer.

It's called statutory rape. Consent is irrelevant when it involves sex between an adult and a minor child. As is your claim that she lied about her age. Besides, an objective third person on a jury knows that normally a 27 year old can tell that a 14 year old girl looks underage-- even if she claims to be 18. If I were you, I'd get a good criminal defense attorney immediately
