Rape

17 year old broke up with girlfriend , while dating

they did have sex back in December both party's

willing. Now they broke up, she was caught breaking and

entering the young mans parents home . They called the

law , as she and her current boyfriend were leaving

in cuffs, she screams he raped me. NOw there is a investagation going on. Her word against his. What

are his rights If any. He attitude is If I can't have you no one else will.Can she getaway with this. He is

facing 15 years.
