Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i receive hydrocodone pain killers from my primary dr monthly for herniated disk in my my kneck and lower back for the passed 2 years, I had refilled my month supply and had gone to dentist 2 weeks after getting them and prescribed the same for pain of an abscessed tooth which i didnt fill at the time only my antibiotics since i already had hydrocodon for my back from my Physician. After the months end for my meds from my primary dr was up I filled my dentist script partially because i was out of town and couldnt make it to his office in time to see my Primary Dr, when I was done with the dentist scripts I went back to my primary dr and had gotten my monthly scripts and pharmacy wont fill it, they said they will check and call me if they could, of course I always use Walgreens so my intentions weren't to seem as I was Dr shopping just filling my scripts in a timely manner when it was time to refill. I didn't think much of it and I don't abuse my meds but do require them for chronic pain. After realizing through Google what they may be thinking now I'm worried that I'm in trouble. What should I do at this point to correct this issue.

Since you didn't have the criminal intent you "should" be fine. If you are still unsure, then I suggest you go see an attorney in person so that IF, in the unlikely event police come to investigate, then you can have an attorney by your side.
