i was not read my rights before i was questioned will my statement be dropped in court?

Your statement will not be "dropped" unless you hire a good criminal defense attorney to file a Motion to Suppress your statements. Then the judge will decide.

If you were under arrest, in custody, or otherwise held against your will by the police at the time, it's possible. (Note that questioning by non-government officials, like store security, doesn't require Miranda warnings.)

If you weren't in custody, probably not.

You'll need to find a good criminal lawyer and explain your entire circumstances to obtain a more certain answer.
