Retail Theft Misdemeaner
we have misdeameanor retail theft charge for changing a price on a 39.00 rug to 9.99. My husband changed price and i was there with him. I have no record at all. He has a record for a drug offense from 1995 for which has been clan all this time. he has a dibilitating illness incuding chemical depression. he snapped and made a mistake. we were release with a no tresspass warrant for walmart. we will get a court appearance in the mail. should we obtain a lawyer. what will happen to us. we are terrified and so very sorry. we need help and have very little money. so stupid an act. help us.
