retail theft first offense /also enlisting in military
i have been charged with retail theft
less than 500.00. i took 13.00 dollars
worth of beer from cvs. meanwhile
i'm in the process of enlisting in the
military. i had physical last week,
waiting on boot camp date. what
should i do? this is in florida. i'm 18
and stupid..

i would try to get an attorney to get all of your military paperwork together ASAP and get it to the State Attorney's Office in the hope that they will let the charge slide in light of your service to our country. where are you located in florida?
