Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I need someone to review a case in Florida. My best friend was convicted on conspiracy to sell prescription drugs. Three of the four arresting officers faced up to 100 years in prison for lying in court, taking peoples pills and beating them up, One severely. Anyway he received minimum mandatory 15 years. I want to see about commutation of sentence. Possible? Thank you.

Pardons and commutations art administrative process. You don't need an attorney for that. It's just a matter of filing paperwork for that which you can find online. If you want to do something further than you need to set up an appointment with an attorney.
