Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
revocation of deferred prosecution
I was ticketed for underage drinking and recieved deferred prosecution. Then 1 month later, I was ticketed again, for the same. I have since been given a notice of revocation of my deferred payment. NOW, I have to go to court tomorrow and have NO clue what it going to happen. Can you help??
