Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Did I have any of my rights violated when a health care worker put false information into my medical record which in turn lead to my coverage being stopped. She did this due to an argument we had. I missed months of work doctors appointments I have loss all vision in one eye.

It is possible. However this is not a criminal law question. You should seek out a civil lawyer to see if there may be any kind of civil suit.
