Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Sealing Conviction Record

I was convicted of a felony back in 1988. I was a 20 year old, first time, non-violent offender. I was sentenced to 3 1/2 year minimum manditory, and served my time.

I have worked in the health care industry for over 15 years. I am now trying to reveice training to become a nurse, but my record is getting in the way. Is there anyway to have my record sealed?
