sentence reduction possibilities
Hello, my husband is sentenced to 33 months for wire fraud, he already spent 8 month sin prison and currently out on bond and is supposed to surrender in June. Is there anything that can be done to reduce the sentence, he is not a US citizen. can you suggest any programs/ideas on sentence reduction for a NON US citizen. Thank you in advance

Ask the attorney that represented him in the original proceeding. He/she is in the best position to advise you on this after knowing the facts of the case.
