Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I am on sex offender probation in Volusia County but my case originated in Seminole County. I've been desperately searching for work and have the opportunity to work at a fast food location in Daytona. Due to fact they do hire some minors I have been told I have to request an emergency motion with my original case judge to approve me working around minors. Is there paperwork I fill out or do I just send or fax the request to the judge in Seminole?

You need to contact Seminole county. I would suggest you get an attorney from there to help you. It's a small price to pay and you don't want to blow your shot on that one chance.
