Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

What can I do if anything about my situation. I was stopped while skateboarding, and searched. i gave the officer permission to search me, because at the time i didn't know i could say "no". They found in my bag 14grams of marijuana and a scale. I signed up for this 6-week substance abuse program, but was unable to complete it. I have received an extension until the first week of may sometime, but this time i cannot afford the classes at all! I would like to do something other than getting jail time, because I would like to start school this summer and not be in jail. Is there anything I can do?

Yes. You can do what they ask. If you can't afford it, you either have to find a way, or ask them about putting you on a sliding scale to pay. Doing nothing is what will cause jail so dont delay any longer.
