My son
my son had this attorney which he gave her $13,000 to and she was to represent him,well she took off and I can't find her.and now I hired another attorney which he tells me I need to find her and fire her case otherwise he can't continue to represnt him.I dont know what I need to do

The Floida Bar can probably help you locate the old attorney. If not, that person won't be an attorney for long. If you can't find the old attorney, the judge can substitute your new attorney for the old one.
Of course, getting the money back can be much more problematic.
