Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Son in County Jail 6 months

My son is in the Brevard County Jail. When I went down there I basically got the run around. He was supposed to go to court April 14. When I asked the conflict attorney his scheduled court appearance, he advised me he did not know anything about the case.

The Regional Counsel has taken over the conflict cases in Florida. They have a huge amount of cases and probably didnt know anything about the case. If you want better attention you need to hire a private lawyer.
