My son was 16yrs old was charged with a felony he went thru a diversion program thru the juv justice center(break program) it was non judical event How do i get the information exspounged of his record?

You have to file a petition to expunge just like an adult would. The forms are a little different, but they are available online with many different court clerks and with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
