Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

staitory rap
my 15 yr old niece has a 19 yr old
boy friend and her mom and dad no
they are sexily active. so thats not
the problem the problem is the a
neighbor gave my niece a couple of ox y co deans and then had his
way with here. he is 30 years old
and the police officer that came out
said their is nothing that he can do
be couse my sister let her have a
boy friend that is 19. so i am trying
to find out what that has to do with
rap.

The police officer is wrong. It would be statutory rape in both cases. Speak to the police officer's supervisor and to the state attorney's office.
