stalking charge

I have a mistermeaner stalking charge and this is my frist time being in trouble. am i looking at jail time. my ex and I fought over the phone. and kept calling each other back and forth.

I would highly recommend that you obtain an attorney to represent you. A stalking charge looks very bad and from what little you have said, you may have a valid defense.
