Stalking and harrassment by telephone and text
my son has a warrant out in GA for these alleged charges. He is a resident of FL and was unaware of charges filed by ex-girlfriend. Could he be picked up in FL for this and would he be extradicted? He plans to contact prosecutor by letter regarding this matter to see if it can be dismissed based on info. he provides.

I can't think of a worse idea than to have a defendant contact a prosecutor in writing. He needs a Georgia lawyer.
