Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What is the statute of limitations on depositing a worthless check, uttering a forged instrument, check fraud (I am not sure which case I fall under)?

It depends. A misdemeanor worthless check is two years. A felony worthless check and uttering is three years. Most fraud and theft is 5 years. All from the date of offense.
