Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Could you tell me what is the staute of limitations in florida on a stolen vehicle? Had mine stolen by a potential buyer of whom I knew, have all info on him. This took place approx. 5yrs. ago. The police told me I could not do anything because I gave him permission to test drive but he never returned and cannot locate him or the car. thanks so much
