Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I stole 198 dollars worth of clothing, but wasnt caught on camara, but they found it in my perse after i left the store, why would i plea NOT guilty? I am 20 and i only have one thing on my record which is an open container of alcohol.

The reason anyone pleas not guilty is because despite the evidence we are presumed innocent and the state has to prove you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. There may be defenses to the charge, but it is best to discuss this with an attorney in person so that you can maintain attorney-client privilege.
