Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello, my name is Tiffany Holmes and right now I'm trying to enlist into the military, but got into a little trouble at school selling marijuana. I was charged with possession with intent to sell. So I was told by my recruiter that in order to enlist into the military I had to either get my charge dropped down to a misdemeanor or taken off my juvenile record. So my question to you is can this done?? Can I have my juvenile felony dropped down to a misdemeanor??
