Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

hello and thank you for your time ,i went to a buy here pay here used car lot (small) to look at there cars ,long story short they made up and lied on my bank application after i was deniened < and sent it in , and told me to take the car for a couple days and try it out < once i got home and husband checked the car , he said the front end isbent and leaking oil ,they would not let me return it , i had to just drop it off , and leave the key , 3 days later (sunday)closed, thay is when they told me that i was approved for the loan , and they wanted me to sign papers i didnt but they will not pay back my $1300 deposit , what can i do ? i had seen the paper work and noticed all my info is false .
