Re: first time DUI

Assuming she took the breathalyzer and scored less than .20 both times she took it, her minimum sentence will be a six-month license suspension, a $250 fine (plus probably some court and police costs), 50 hours community service, substance assessment and treatment if required, victim impact panel, and DUI school. If she refused the breathalyzer, her license will be suspended for a year instead of six months.

If she didn't refuse the breathalyzer, and the judge didn't say otherwise, she probably doesn't have any restrictions on travel in state or out, as long as she shows up for her court dates.
