Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

please help?

how many times do the state have to subpoena the victim to show up to court, or take any further deps from her. they tried 4 times and could not find her. can we strike the state or what.

The state can subpoena the victim as often as they need to. If the victim doesn't show up for trial, the state may not have enough evidence to go forward and prove their case, and they may have to dismiss the charges.

How many times the state subpoenas the witness is not your issue. The question is whether she shows up at trial.
