Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i told someone that i didnt like them one day and over a period of time the person started to frame me for things untill oneday she jumped me and cut me with a knife. the police are involved and now i just heard i might get throw into jail from one of my friends. and i am really scared. the police got pictures of my cuts. so they have proof. i did hit her in self defence. and so im really scared of going to jail. i have no crimail record at all and i dont want to have one. so whats going to happen to me?
