What type of attorney would I need for...
I have an old DUI case that I failed
to complete probation for and it
keeps showing up on my
background checks, I believe. I also
have a felony that was Withheld
that I need expunged off my
record. Any attorneys out there in
the Plant City/Brandon area let me
know if you can help me.

Unfortunately because of the dui conviction you cannnot seal or expunge any part of your record. If you have an outstanding violation of probation then you would need to go back to court with a criminal defense attorney. Let me know if you are interested.
