vehicle stolen

my car was stolen from the mechanics shop. It has been there since august. I have spent $535 and it is still not running properly. The car was recovered and the radio and some personal effects were stolen...car still not running properly...what should I do

If your question is whether you can sue the shop for your losses due to the theft, the answer is yes. However, most shops put a clause in their contracts which say that are not liable for damages or thefts which occur on their property. Check the contract. If that's what the contract says, and if you signed that contract, you can't sue and win based on the theft.

You can sue them to get your money back for not properly repairing your car, though I can't tell you if you'd win or how much you'd win, since I don't know enough about your case.
