Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was the victim of an atm robbery... but didn't see the perpetrator. I've been summoned to trial but do not want to come face to face with the alleged criminal. Do I have to go?

He is not going to get convicted if you don't. And just because you do go doesn't mean he will get convicted. The choice is yours.
