Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Victim recanted
I ws accused of molestation, the so called victim has since recanted, would the state of Florida still try to convict me even if the victim has stated she made the story up.She admitted this to her mother and aunt but not yet to any ''official'' The child was my girlfriends 5 year old daughter.

You would need a lawyer to help you get her to make it official. Yes the State will go after you.
