Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Ive violated my felony probation, failed for the second time for T.H.C.Ive been to prison for 3 years for grandtheft back in 2009 and i got convicted and put on 3 years probation almost 3 years ago for retail theft and simple possession. Stole from a dollar store and had a benzodiazepine in my pocket during the arrest. That's why I'm on probation and i failed the test again for marijuana. They told me i didn't score enough points to go to prison the first time i violated, i was just reinstated back on probation after doing 20 days. Can you plz give me a educated guess at what im looking at? I know its not a promise of whats gonna happen but any idea would help alot. Thanx and god bless

I know this isn't what you want to hear but it's impossible to answer your question. You could get anything from being reinstated to a year in jail. Too many factors such as the judge, the prosecutor, your attorney, etc. I suggest you talk to your attorney.
