Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
violated felony probation in florida for the second time. the charge is controlled substance. its a technical violation with a bond of 5000$. i also am on county probation. they both are schedualed to end in a week. what is going to happen to me?

The fact that you got a bond on a VOP is a good sign. That said, it will be up to the judge and it is hard to answer. The judge could continue probation or put you in prison up to five years.
