Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
violation of probation
I was put on probation for D.U.I.
I smoked pot before my first UA. I didnt know at the time but, after I smoked it the ppl I was with( I ddnt know very well) told me that they had lased it with cocaine. I have never done cocaine, and have no priors, besides the D.U.I. Will they give me a felony?

No felony, but your probation officer might file a probation violation affidavit with the court.
