Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Am I under violation or will I go to jail

I'm currently on Probation and have been using a prior work address when I report once a month because I've been working for my Dad's company. My PO noticed I wasn't working at my previous employer and wants to see me. Is this violation or will I go to jail

It could be construed as a violation. Why would you give your P.O. the wrong address? Just give your P.O. your Dad's address if you are legally working for him. You seem to be making things more complicated than they need to be. Good luck.
