Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
VOP rules
Does the probation officer that violated you have to be present in court when the VOP hearing is underway? Kinda to be the one to bring the charges against you. If so mine was not and what rights do i have?

Not necessarily. I t depends on why you are being violated-it is very fact specific. When is your final hearing and where? Who is representing you now and how much time are you looking at?
