VOP Sentencing
Could someone receive a prison sentence for a VOP on Drug Trafficing? He originally got 3 years probation instead of the minimum mandatory 3 year prison sentence. He then missed a few required NA meetings and was sent back to jail. Now waiting on a VOP sentencing. No bond. State of Florida
