An attorney can try, but it is not likely that a Judge would set aside the warrant. Two best options would be: 1. Motion for bond is made and the Judge grants a bond. You could then turn yourself in at a convenient time and bond out with about 4-6 hours. 2. Set the case for a status hearing. This would only be helpful if it seems that a non-jail resolution could be worked out on the VOP. You would resolve the case at the status hearing and the warrant would be lifted.

VOP warrants are very Judge specific. So, it will matter most who your Judge is when considering which options may be avaiable.
