Re: warrant

Is it a bench warrant for failure to show to court...or is it an arrest warrant issued by the police?

If it is for not showing up to court you should contact a lawyer who can make a motion to vacate the warrant and reopen the case. Chances are that after 21 years the State Attorney will work out some type of deal.

If the warrant is just for your arrest you should first call the local police and determine if the warrant is actually still pending. If it is you would need to turn yourself in.

If there is any thing else I can help you with feel free to respond to this email or call my office 24/7.
