warrent

i have a warrent in Dade city Florida wich i need to clair up so i can collect my disability. i dont have the money to travel

I practice in Miami-Dade and have dealt with this exact issue quite a few times. It really depends on the judge. For instance, if you were to hire me, I would be able to speak with the judge and the state attorney and tell them the circumstances of your case (that you want to rectify your case but live out of state.) I can then ask them to allow you to avoid coming to Miami to post a new bond. It is not guaranteed that the judge would allow that to happen; he/she may demand that you appear before the court and post an increased bond. I have had luck in the past though.

Once this detail is taken care of, you then have to take care of the actual dui charge itself.
